Program Team
The Program Team for the Generic BSN and Post RN BSN programs at the The Health Care Institute of Nursing typically consists of faculty members and administrative staff who work together to ensure the effective delivery and quality of the nursing programs. Composition of the Program Team:
- Program Director/Coordinator: Responsible for the overall administration and coordination of the BSN programs. Ensures alignment with educational standards and institutional goals.
- Course Instructors/Faculty Members: Teach specific courses within the BSN programs. Participate in curriculum development and assessment activities.
- Clinical Instructors: Supervise students during clinical practice. Provide mentorship and evaluate student performance in real-world healthcare settings.
- Assessment Specialists: Focus on evaluating the effectiveness of the curriculum and teaching methods. Analyze student performance data to inform program improvements.
- Academic Advisors: Assist students with course selection and academic planning. Support student retention and success in the program.
- Quality Assurance/Enhancement Personnel: Collaborate with the QEC to ensure the programs meet accreditation standards. Conduct periodic reviews and self-assessments.
Responsibilities of the Program Team:
